Welcome to fabulous Class 5!

Class 5's teacher is Miss Leach and our teaching assistant is Mrs Johnson. 

This half term, we will also be taught by Mrs Smith.

Welcome to Class 5's page. Here you will find out what we are learning this half term and we will add updates of exciting activities and experiences from time to time.

Here you will find the planning and objectives for our topic, our class timetable and the homework menu for Autumn 1.



Please remember to bring in your signed reading record and home reading book to school every day. You can sign it yourself! The children will receive a certificate for 50, 100, 150 etc school reads. 

Each half term you will be given a new homework menu to complete linked to our topic learning. Please try to complete one piece each week. Homework books are due in each Monday and are sent home each Wednesday. Don't forget that we give praise points for completing homework too.

Weekly spellings will be given out on a Monday and spelling tests are administered on a Friday: please learn spellings each night of the week and record your attempts in your spelling journal. 


This half term Forest Schools will be every Monday with Mrs Badger. Outdoor PE will be every Friday. Please make sure you have your full outdoor P.E. kit with trainers. You should try to have your P.E. kit in school every day, just in case it is needed.
